CLINICAL FUNCTION

The Equine Spa achieves a fast and long term healing effect through the aeration of cold salted water. Chilled to 2 C, the salt water, which has always been known for its natural healing, also acts as a poultice, drawing out fluid, with the aeration process providing a massage element to the whole treatment. The variable depth option allows for accurate treatment of the affected area, with clinical trials showing that all these elements combine to provide a high level of oxygenation to further aid healing.
Fundamental to the success of the Spa, is the use of chilled water with an extremely high salt content and natural minerals - a combination of factors that improve upon the therapeutic properties of natural seawater or fresh running water.
